Weifang Shengda Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Weifang High-tech Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a wholly-owned subsidiary – Weifang Shengda Plastics Co., Ltd. Shengda is a joint-stock company specializing in the production of peelable protective plastic films and packaging materials for anti-nuclear national defense equipment. The company has a registered capital of 45 million yuan, and the legal representative is Xin Shengzhi. In October 2009, the company was identified as a national high-tech enterprise, mainly producing high-end electronic protective films, electronic release films and building materials. It has a domestic first-class R & D center, two doctors, and a number of senior technical staff. The overall strength of the company ranks in the forefront in the protective film industry of China. The anti-nuclear liquid protective film for national-defense equipment jointly developed by the company and the Second Artillery Institute of Science and Technology of Chinese People's Liberation Army has been approved by the whole army, and the company has applied for the national defense patent for the product. In December 2009, the company passed the internal audit of Everbright Securities. It plans to be listed in the SMEs or GEM segment in the stock market in 2013.

 

The company has more than 20 units (sets) of advanced equipment, including a 10,000-grade purification workshop, domestic first-class production lines of high-speed printing, coating production lines, three-layer co-extrusion blow molding units, casting machines, rewinding machines, slitters and sophisticated detection equipment introduced from the United States, with an annual production capacity of 200 million square meters; the market network spreads across the country and covers Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia, Russia, and other countries. In 2006, the “liquid protective film” developed by our company won the Bronze Prize at the National Invention Exhibition. The technology has filled the domestic gap. In 2007, the company won the title of advanced enterprise of Weifang; in 2008, it was identified as one of the high-tech enterprises of the “Torch Program” by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province; in 2009, the company was re-identified as the national level high-tech enterprise by the Science and Technology Department and the Department of Finance of Shandong Province, the State Administration of Taxation and the Local Tax Bureaus.
